Do you accept walk-ins?

We are always accepting walk-ins. If you are requesting a walk-in, please call (585)-473-2787 to discuss availability or send us an email with a description of what you’d like and photo references. We will respond faster if we have a visual reference.

Where should I park?

We have limited spaces available in front of our building and we humbly ask that you do not park there. These spaces are leased by the High Falls Business District not Pyramid Arts Tattoo. We recommend:

• the High Falls Parking Garage which has entrances on Mill Street and State Street (5 minute walk). $2/hour with a max. of $10.

• a metered parking spot on Platt St, Mill Street, Browns Race, or Commercial Street (1-5 minute walk). $2/hour

  *To save yourself some time. You can download the Passport Parking app available in the App Store. You can input your payment information into the app. It will ask for the zone number and space number indicated on the front of the meter.

You can sit back and relax. Once placed on a waitlist, the artist will review your project based a predetermined timeline. After your project has been reviewed, our counter staff will reach out via email with the status of your request.

Can your shop accommodate those with disabilities?

Our shop has two floors with a waiting room on the first floor and tattoo stations on the second floor. If you require a wheelchair for mobility reasons, please let us know so that we can best support you. If you are hard of hearing, please reach out through email if that is your preferred contact. Service animals are welcome.

Does your shop do piercings?

Unfortunately, we only do tattoos at our shop. However, there are plenty of great piercing studios in the area.
